Developing Competence

An interactive application based on the Developing Competence approach, which divides competence into conceptual (mental maps) and procedural (fluency) parts and describes progress from Novice through Apprentice and Practitioner to Expert. Users can read the theory, build a competency framework for any topic, assess themselves against it, see their coverage in radar and bar charts, and generate a development plan with goals, strategy and timeline. The framework builder, the assessment analysis and the plan use AI.
